Nicholette has her MFA in Creative Writing from Drexel University and would much rather spend her time cosplaying as Darth Maul.
She is hard at work on a high fantasy novel and aims to finish it over the next year. At the same time (because why not?), she is working on a historical fantasy novel. Outside of novel writing, Nicholette is also writing shorter pieces of fiction to refine her craft.
In her formative years, Nicholette moved from Washington to Florida to England to Florida to Ohio to Philadelphia and somehow ended up in the rural Midwest. For her undergraduate degree, Nicholette studied Chemical Engineering and worked in a chemical plant for about a year and a half. At this plant, she was fortunate enough to find her future partner. Now, they are married and care for their cat, Leo.
Nicholette’s pronouns are she/they, and she identifies as pansexual.
